Yes, it has finally happened! After months of hoping, dreaming and randomly blurting out “BlackGinger” like a bad case of Tourette’s (only without obscene remarks)…well, then it’s not a bad case of anything really. I digress.
Okay, back to BlackGinger! Yes, awesomeness! I got an internship! During the 3 month internship I’ll probably be learning to use Houdini to eventually develop some nice tools and shaders as part of the Visual Effects team. Tomorrow will be my first day on the job…or internship, rather, but I’m looking forward to it and maybe I’ll be able to post nice stuff here sooner rather than later!
Oh yes. I forgot. Maybe I should tell what BlackGinger actually is. It is a high quality animation studio here in South Africa.

Well, here it is folks! The site has now been revamped and is still somewhat under construction but hey, it looks much better than the old site!
Anyways. Enough of that. What is this about Tim Schafer, you say? No, I don’t think I’m going to tell. Why not? Because I like watching you suffer! You aren’t suffering from all that curiousity? Oh well, then I’ll tell you. He was invited to the studio by the 1UP FM crew and they had a 1 hour interview with him! It was really awesome! Download the show and enjoy!
